Withdrawal Policy (Pro Subscription)
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Daniel Reichhart, Parzhofstraße 14, 4040 Linz, Austria, support@getcatchy.app) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
Early termination of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires early in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content or digital services where we have started the performance and you
- have given express prior consent that we begin the performance before the end of the withdrawal period, AND
- acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance has started.
The Catchy app shows a corresponding notice before purchase. By tapping “Subscribe now” you consent to the immediate start of performance and forfeit your right of withdrawal for this subscription.
How to cancel
To cancel an active subscription (for the future, not retroactive withdrawal), use your Google Play Store account directly:
Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Catchy Pro → Cancel subscription.
When you cancel, the subscription remains active until the end of the paid period; no further charges are made afterward.
Refunds
Refund requests go through Google Play, as Google processes the payment. For legitimate technical issues (e.g. the app does not work), we refund the proportional amount directly after contact via support@getcatchy.app.

Du hast das Recht, binnen 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen. Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt 14 Tage ab dem Tag des Vertragsschlusses.
Um dein Widerrufsrecht auszuüben, musst du uns (Daniel Reichhart, Parzhofstraße 14, 4040 Linz, Österreich, support@getcatchy.app) mittels einer eindeutigen Erklärung (z. B. ein mit der Post versandter Brief oder eine E-Mail) über deinen Entschluss, diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen, informieren.
Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist reicht es aus, dass du die Mitteilung über die Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist absendest.
Folgen des Widerrufs
Wenn du diesen Vertrag widerrufst, haben wir dir alle Zahlungen, die wir von dir erhalten haben, unverzüglich und spätestens binnen 14 Tagen ab dem Tag zurückzuzahlen, an dem die Mitteilung über deinen Widerruf dieses Vertrages bei uns eingegangen ist.
Vorzeitiges Erlöschen des Widerrufsrechts
Das Widerrufsrecht erlischt vorzeitig bei einem Vertrag über die Lieferung digitaler Inhalte oder die Bereitstellung digitaler Dienstleistungen, wenn wir mit der Vertragsausführung begonnen haben und du
- ausdrücklich zugestimmt hast, dass wir mit der Vertragsausführung vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist beginnen, UND
- zur Kenntnis genommen hast, dass du durch deine Zustimmung mit Beginn der Vertragsausführung dein Widerrufsrecht verlierst.
In der Catchy App wird vor dem Kauf ein entsprechender Hinweis angezeigt. Mit dem Tap auf „Jetzt abonnieren“ stimmst du dem sofortigen Beginn der Leistungserbringung zu — und verlierst damit dein Widerrufsrecht für dieses Abo.
Abo kündigen
Eine Kündigung des laufenden Abos (für die Zukunft, nicht Widerruf) erfolgt direkt in deinem Google-Play-Store-Account:
Play Store → Profil → Zahlungen und Abos → Abos → Catchy Pro → Abo kündigen.
Bei Kündigung läuft das Abo bis zum Ende des bezahlten Zeitraums weiter; danach wird nicht mehr abgebucht.
Erstattungen
Erstattungsanträge laufen über Google Play, da Google die Zahlung abwickelt. Bei berechtigten technischen Mängeln (z. B. App funktioniert nicht) erstatten wir den anteiligen Betrag direkt nach Kontaktaufnahme über support@getcatchy.app.

Pour que le délai de rétractation soit respecté, il suffit que vous transmettiez votre communication relative à l'exercice du droit de rétractation avant l'expiration du délai de rétractation.
Effets de la rétractation
En cas de rétractation de votre part du présent contrat, nous vous rembourserons tous les paiements reçus de vous, sans retard excessif et, en tout état de cause, au plus tard 14 jours à compter du jour où nous sommes informés de votre décision de rétractation du présent contrat.
Extinction anticipée du droit de rétractation
Le droit de rétractation s'éteint avant l'expiration du délai dans le cas d'un contrat de fourniture de contenu numérique ou de service numérique, lorsque nous avons commencé l'exécution et que vous
- avez donné votre accord exprès préalable pour que nous commencions l'exécution avant la fin du délai de rétractation, ET
- avez reconnu perdre par là même votre droit de rétractation dès que l'exécution a commencé.
L'appli Catchy affiche un message correspondant avant l'achat. En touchant « S'abonner maintenant », vous consentez au démarrage immédiat de l'exécution et renoncez à votre droit de rétractation pour cet abonnement.
Comment résilier
Pour résilier un abonnement en cours (résiliation pour l'avenir, et non rétractation rétroactive), utilisez directement votre compte Google Play Store :
Play Store → Profil → Paiements et abonnements → Abonnements → Catchy Pro → Résilier l'abonnement.
Lors de la résiliation, l'abonnement reste actif jusqu'à la fin de la période payée ; aucun nouveau prélèvement n'est effectué ensuite.
Remboursements
Les demandes de remboursement passent par Google Play, qui traite le paiement. En cas de problème technique légitime (par exemple : l'appli ne fonctionne pas), nous remboursons le montant proportionnel directement après contact via support@getcatchy.app.
